Hale Kewalo, situated in Honolulu, stands as an 11-story affordable apartment building spanning an area of 170,000 square feet. This meticulously designed structure offers 128 rental units, each tailored to meet the affordability criteria. The apartment units present a variety of choices, including one, two, and three-bedroom options, complete with a full kitchen equipped with quartz countertops, a stainless-steel sink, and Whirlpool appliances comprising a refrigerator, range, and range hood.

Kanoelani Elementary School New Shade Structural Building
A new covered shade structure building will serve as an open-air dining space with secondary uses as a breakout classroom, covered recreation area, performance area, and meeting space for the school and community. A capacity of 378 students is projected. The structure will be erected on a poured in place concrete foundation and floor. The pre-engineered metal structure will be partially framed with CMU and topped by a pitched standing seam metal roof.

Līhue Fuel Farm
The fuel farm at Lihue Airport comprises three above-ground fuel steel storage tanks, each with a capacity of 100,000 gallons. These tanks are equipped with two offload skids capable of handling a combined flow rate of 450 gallons per minute (GPM), enabling efficient fuel transfer. Furthermore, the fuel farm has a total truck loading capacity of 900 GPM. The infrastructure also includes fuel lines, designated parking for refueler trucks, a new motor control center, and a generator and lighting system. These provisions facilitate the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispensing of Jet A fuel for aircraft operations at the Lihue Airport.

Maui High School Girls Athletic Locker Room
The facility encompasses various essential spaces to support girls' athletics and physical education. These include dedicated locker rooms and showers for female athletes, as well as separate locker rooms and showers for girls' physical education classes. Additionally, an inclusive unisex locker room is available to accommodate diverse needs. The facility also houses offices for coaches, a designated area for trainers and first aid, a classroom, and a multi-purpose room for versatile activities. Adequate restroom facilities, a laundry room, athletics storage, and various support spaces for utility and circulation purposes are also part of the facility's comprehensive design.

P-463 Undersea Facility Operations
The project involves the design and construction of a two-story, 54,380 SF operations training center that will support a variety of functions, including operator and SEAL Delivery Vehicle (SDV) training, utilizing a 150,000-gallon combat training tank. The first floor will feature a mechanic/maintenance bay, workspace, technical and computer laboratories, a fabrication and fiberglass/ABS repair room, a diver suite with lockers and a workstation, drying cages, medical exam office and compressor room. The building’s large high bay area will house the 50-by-20-foot combat training tank with a 10-ton overhead crane to raise and lower the SDV. The second floor will include classrooms, a breakroom, offices, telecommunications and utility rooms, a SIPR cafe and a server room.

To address the growing need for on-campus housing for single students, additional new housing is planned behind the existing single-student hales. These newly constructed hales will function as dedicated dormitories for single students, following the same apartment-style design as Hales 4, 5, 6, 7, and 10. Standing at a height of four stories, each hale will provide accommodation for six students per room, with approximately fourteen units on each floor.

Kailua RWWTP Electrical Improvement
As an integral element of the expansive Kaneohe/Kailua sewer tunnel project, the Kailua Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (KRWWTP) assumes a critical role. Its main function entails the efficient conveyance of wastewater flows from the Kaneohe wastewater pretreatment facility to the KRWWTP. In addition, the KRWWTP is thoughtfully designed to incorporate storage capabilities, allowing it to accommodate peak wet-weather flows and effectively mitigate the occurrence of overflows that may arise when the volume of wastewater exceeds the capacity of the existing KRWWTP.

Outrigger Beachcomber Showroom Cirque du Soleil Hawaii
The new Cirque du Soleil Hawaii is the refurbishment of the existing facility located at the Level 4 Showroom of the Waikiki Beachcomber, this is to create a blackbox (warm shell) space previously occupied by Magic of Polynesia, including new exterior wall finishes. Improvements to 1st and 3rd floor arrivals and Back-of-House locations with integrated works between these floors to the Level 4 Showroom.

The newly constructed girls' athletic locker room features a comprehensive range of amenities to support athletes. It includes a well-equipped locker room, designated toilet area, and a separate shower room. Additionally, the facility incorporates storage areas for equipment, a laundry room to address laundering needs, and a dedicated coach's office. The locker room design also encompasses various support spaces to ensure a seamless athletic experience. Furthermore, an administration program will be integrated within the locker room, consisting of offices, a meeting area, and restroom facilities, to efficiently manage administrative tasks and facilitate coordination within the athletic program.
